Refund policy
At Goofy Pookie, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Due to the hygienic nature of pet grooming products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
No Returns Policy
All our products fall under personal care and grooming categories. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@goofypookie.com with:
- Your order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
Once verified, we will:
- Offer a free replacement, or
- Provide a refund (if replacement isn’t possible)
- Damage and defective or replacement or even exchange product will be delivered in 7-10 days
Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be able to process requests if:
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The product has been used excessively
- Damage is due to misuse or mishandling
Refunds (if applicable)
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
